How many square feet is one bigha?
It depends on the state, and sometimes on the district. A bigha is about 27,220 sq ft in Bihar, 14,400 in West Bengal and Assam, 27,000 in Uttar Pradesh and 8,712 in Himachal Pradesh. Pick your state above and the size is shown against each unit.
My district uses a different katha. What do I do?
